All of the common stock is being offered by Tabula Rasa.  The shares are expected to begin trading on The NASDAQ Global Market on September 29, 2016, under the symbol “TRHC.” In addition, Tabula Rasa granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 645,000 additional shares of its common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. This offering is expected to close on October 4, 2016, subject to customary closing conditions.
